AVA TRAVEL is a private company created 17 years ago when tourism in Myanmar opened at the time of the year of tourism. Her founder and president, Mrs. Khin San Tint, is one of the pioneer of tourism in Myanmar. The company is managed by Mr. Ye Min, the managing director.

AVA TRAVEL offers to you her services in all the sectors of tourism in Myanmar. We will answer any request as soon as possible (a few days) by proposing our tariffs,and services which really correspond to your requests. We will always propose the service which is the most appropriated. In addition to the traditional services, AVA Travel proposes different kind of voyages.

PRICE & VALIDITE

All the prices are formulated in US dollars. They are nets prices and based on the rate of exchange often reactualized.These prices can be revised without notice in the event of a significant fluctuation of the currency used to calculate our prices. In our prices all that is optional or the personal expenses are not included.

RESERVATIONS & CONFIRMATIONS

All the details concerning the reservations, including information on the flights of arrival and departure, the passports numbers, must reach us before your arrival. We usually use the fax or the email whose addresses are indicated to you on all our documents. It is advised to check it. If the payment does not reach us before your arrival we will be obliged to cancel all your reservations. In the event of cancellation, and particularly in tourist season, the people receiving benefits, hotel, airlines... now have a scale of expenses of cancellation that we will be communicate to you.

RESPONSIBILITY

AVA TRAVEL is a travel agent which acts like intermediary between you and the people receiving benefits concerned, hotels, airlines, companies of transport and could not be held for person in charge in the event of problems which have occurred in the use of these services. However in the interest of the two parts, AVA TRAVEL reserves the right to modify at the last time such or such service.

The infrastructure of Tourism in Myanmar considerably changed since 1996, and improved in the common sense. However serious problems remain: the roads, the railways, and in certain areas the stay conditions, some flights can be cancelled at the last time. To travel in Myanmar can thus still pose some material problems, and we count on your comprehension. AVA TRAVEL will endeavour to render the services to you which you want to have.

PAYMENT

When we received agreement on a program and services, AVA TRAVEL will proceed to the reservation of these services. You will not thus have any nasty surprise. One month before your arrival we will send to you by fax or email a proformat invoice. You can send to us the amount requested by Bank transfer towards our bank (which has the relai from a bank in Singapore). The process takes one week approximately between your payment order and the moment when we receive it.
